We offer van shopping and transport services for residents who hold a current ‘social support individual’ or ‘transport’ referral. This service is provided with the assistance of volunteer drivers.
Our service is designed to support residents who can no longer access public transport or are unable to drive to their required destination. A mobility assessment may be conducted first, to ensure that it is safe for you to use this type of transport option.
The home support van program provides:

• Regular shopping runs
• Pickup from your door
• Transport to local shops
• Transport to selected social groups
• Help to carry your bags
• Our vans are equipped with steps, handrails, and hoists for accessibility
Escorted Shopping
Our contractors can escort you when you go shopping. This service includes the following:
