South West Community Transport has been providing transport services to the elderly 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), registered NDIS clients, carers and people who may be transport disadvantaged for over 30 years.
The areas we cover include Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee LGA’s.
South West Community Transport is available to help you access your community, allowing you to stay connected with friends and family and allowing you to retain your independence.
Some of the reason we transport clients are:
• Doctors and specialist appointments.
• Other medical appointments (Podiatry, Pathology and Physiotherapy).
• Hospital visits.
• Dialysis and cancer treatments
• Shopping centres - we have 19 buses each fortnight which take you to your local shopping centre for 3 hours, our drivers even assist you to the door with your shopping
• Group and individual social outings (Entertainment/Clubs),
