Short-Term Restorative Care aims to improve the wellbeing of older people by maintaining or restoring independence and enabling them to remain living safely at home. The individually tailored, goal-oriented program provides therapy and support in your own home for a period up to eight weeks. Uniting AgeWell provides Short-Term Restorative Care to clients in Melbourne’s eastern metropolitan region.
