Stay active and engaged with our Active Living Program. Held each Friday, a typical day includes an exercise class, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, games and music. The program is designed for those who are slightly less mobile, with some cognitive issues. It also offers respite for carers who can recharge while their loved one enjoys our varied and high-quality program.
Referrals: Accepted from health professionals, family members or self-referral.
Transport: Door-to-door shuttle or car service available upon request.
Times: Fridays, 10am to 3pm
