Description
GoCo's Assistance with Care and Housing (ACH) programme provides assistance to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness who are over 50 years old (over 45 years old if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander). A GoCo Support Facilitator will develop an individualised care plan for each client. We can provide information and linkages to services, care and supports; link to legal or financial advocacy; and support people to work with different housing providers to help clients to maintain a safe and stable living environment, or to help you get back on your feet. This service is available in the Gunnedah and Narrabri regions. Clients in other areas of the new England will be considered if there is capacity.
