Imlay District Nursing Home Ltd is a not-for-profit community based home which opened in 1985 and caters for 72 residents including 22 dementia specific places and respite care. It is situated in a picturesque part of Pambula, in a quiet cul de sac backing on to the Ben Boyd National Park, with views overlooking the surrounding hills. Nature is on our doorstep, as the residents enjoy watching kangaroos feeding and the wonderful birdlife The atmosphere in the home is one of peace and tranquillity. Our home has numerous lounge rooms, sitting areas, dining rooms and lovely gardens and courtyards with comfortable outdoor furniture and gazebo's for the residents to enjoy.
Residents, staff and volunteers are involved in the planning of our activities and other services.
On the 1st of July 2016 Imlay House joined with Hillgrove House, Casuarina, The Oaks Village and Sapphire Home Services, all based in Bega to form Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Group.
