Description

Located at our Oakleigh AgeWell centre with some of our group programs also held at the Uniting Church Noble Park we offer a welcoming environment where our highly qualified allied health professionals provide a range of wellbeing, reablement and exercise therapy and support programs that allow older people to maintain or restore their independence.

We offer: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy (including home safety assessments), Remedial Massage, Reablement groups such as Falls and Balance , Strength groups and Healthy Ageing Information and Education

Some services are offered in our centres or via zoom.
Note we are not currently offering in-home services (except for Occupational Therapy).
Also, please ensure clients are within a 30 minute driving radius, unless otherwise agreeable to make the trip to our centre.
