Description

Located at our Hawthorn AgeWell centre we offer a welcoming environment where our highly qualified allied health professionals provide a range of wellbeing, reablement and exercise therapy and support programs that allow older people to maintain or restore their independence.

We offer: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Remedial Massage, Reablement groups such as Falls and Balance , Strength groups and Healthy Ageing Information and Education

Our services are offered in our centres or via zoom.
Note we are not currently offering in-home services
Also, please ensure clients are within a 30 minute driving radius, unless otherwise agreeable to make the trip to our centre.
