Description
The program is to provide fitness reablement options for seniors in the Queanbeyan and local surrounding areas.
The program is designed by a qualified fitness instructor (minimum Certificate IV in Fitness) and overseen by a Physiotherapist. All initial assessments will be undertaken by the fitness instructor with input from the Physiotherapist to ensure the program meets the needs of individual clients.
The fitness instructor will liaise with the Physiotherapist to regularly review clients when needed and supervise activity as required. This will be a 12 week program with potential for ongoing classes based on an individual basis.
Goodwin will not be charging a client contribution for the fitness classes.
