Stay active and engaged with our Active Living Program. Held on Wednesdays and Fridays, a typical day includes an exercise class, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, games and music. The program is designed for those who are slightly less mobile, with some cognitive issues.
Transport: Door-to-door shuttle or car service included with program.
Times: Wedneday and Friday 10am to 3pm
