Carrington Community Care’s mission is to help you achieve well-being and fullness of life. We have been in operation from Camden for 130 years as a local service provider. We are a not-profit organisation with dedicated well trained staff who work to your personalised care plan.
We provide assistance with Personal Care task so that clients are able to remain independent, respected, healthy, happy and connected within the local community.
Services are but not limited to:
• Assistance with self-care
• Assistance with medication
• Showering
• Bathing
• Eating
• Toileting
• Dressing
• Getting in and out of bed
• Moving about the house
