Description

St John’s Community Care Meal Service includes:
• meals prepared and delivered to the client’s home
• meals provided at our Coen centre.
St John’s provides meals to frail older people at home, in our Coen centre delivering a range of benefits. These include informal health monitoring of clients and supporting social participation e.g. time spent with the older person when delivering the meal and social interactions enjoyed by the older person at our centre.
The carers of frail older people accessing our meal services may receive a meal provided at the centre or other setting where they are accompanying those clients where required.
