Description
Stay Active Say Independent (SASI) is our healthy ageing program. The aims of the SASI program is to provide a wellness approach to health, reduce functional decline, and risk of falls through individually designed exercise programs that improve muscle strength, balance, coordination, posture, and limb range of motion; and address the five domains of functional decline – mobility, cognition and emotional health, continence, nutrition and skin integrity.
The District Nurses partner with an Exercise Physiologist to deliver two Exercise Classes every Wednesday morning from our Wellness Hub in Moonah. Transport to and from can be organized if required.
