Description
The Multicultural Meals on Wheels Service provides an array of nutritionally and culturally appropriate meals to frail, older people and their carers from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. A menu detailing the variety of dishes available can be obtained from the service. It is designed to cater for various food preferences. Our dedicated volunteers deliver meals to your door. It is 'More than just a meal' as we also provide a regular and friendly social contact to check on their well-being. Frequency of delivery is flexible to meet individual needs and requirements. Ordering Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
We also provide other services: Transport, Social Support Individual, Social Support Groups, Personal Care, Flexible Respite and Domestic Assistance. I addition we are an approved provider of aged care to deliver Home Care Package services.
