ADEC is a state-wide not-for-profit organisation that strives to empower people with a disability and the elderly from non-English speaking backgrounds, their carers and families to fully participate as members of the Victorian community.
We specialise in working with different cultures and religions and cater to the language needs of each individual. Most of our staff are bi-lingual, representing 20 countries and 25 different dialects.
