Description

Kootingal Moonbi Respite Care Centre provides group based social support at centre on Tuesday's and Thursday's consisting of bingo, cards, up word, rummy o and dominoes with the addition of morning tea, hot lunch and dessert. A social support men's group is offered every 2nd Tuesday of the month with the addition of morning tea, hot lunch and dessert and a social support craft group is offered on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, with tea and coffee provided. Gentle exercise classes are also offered every Wednesday morning at the centre for people over 65 years of age or younger people with a disability.
