Description

The service is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, through the Commonwealth Home Support Program. It provides a safe and secure environment and meaningful activities for people living with dementia. It also provides respite for their carers.
Target Group: Older people with dementia from Chinese background residing in the South East Sydney Region.
Centre Opening Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (except public holidays) between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
