Social support services are available through St David's Neighbourhood Centre. We recognise the importance of keeping a connection to your local community and interaction with others can help improve wellbeing and independence. With this in mind we offer the opportunity to join activities such as our social walking group, attending an outing to local places in the community with others or a concert fortnightly. We are always looking for new clients and new ideas on types of social support outings so contact us to see how we can help.
Experienced and qualified staff run the activities with the assistance of volunteers so individual needs can be catered for. Transport can also be arranged for outings so please contact us to find out more.
