Description

Stanley Hunt Centre provides high quality culturally appropriate respite day care in a safe, secure and home-like environment. The centre has been providing day care service to older person with dementia since 2004. Since 2006, respite day care has also been provided to carers who are working or looking for work while caring for a frail older person or a person living with dementia. The services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, under the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Target Group: Persons with dementia over 65 of age from Chinese background who live in the South East Sydney Region.
