UnitingCare Wesley Bowden (UCWB) is a metro wide provider of in-home services for both Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Package (HCP) level services.
UCWB’s Home Garden Maintenance services are performed by fully trained Workers. UCWB provides services in line with Government guidelines. Thus, services are focused on safety and accessibility, with tasks such as low mowing not covered under this program.
CHSP Home and Garden Maintenance may include the following:
• Single-Storey Annual window (Currently unable to provide gutter cleaning)
• Smoke alarm battery changes
• Accessible, low maintenance garden redesign to support your wellness and reablement goals
• Repair of external access pathways to address any slip and trip hazards
• Secure access issues for your personal safety
• Yard maintenance – essential pruning and yard clearance.
Garden maintenance services are provided for 2 hours every 8 or 12 weeks
