We think local but draw on our wealth of experience to make sure local communities - from city suburbs to remote townships - receive the support and services that are right for them. Helping clients to retain their independence is key to our client directed care approach. At Life Without Barriers we know that getting older doesn't mean you should stop doing the things you enjoy or living the life of your choosing. We're here to help. Our Commonwealth Home Support Programme is tailored to assist you to remain living at home for as long as possible and to enable you to have choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided at your home.
