Description
Our social support group enables older people to engage with their peers to break down isolation, have social interaction and community access during enjoyable outings. Our activities enable each individual to engage and participate in activities to their best ability. All people of various languages are welcome however a basic understanding of English is required. Transport arranged to limited pick up areas, however if clients can access transport, they are welcome to participate. We welcome your call for further information and our activities program.
