Description

Domestic assistance may include:
• Dishwashing
• House cleaning of regularly used areas including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces etc.
• Clothes washing, hanging & ironing.
• Unaccompanied shopping (shop by list) or bill paying.
• Changing bed linen
• Cleaning laundry & bathroom & wet areas.
The City also offers occasional services on a one off or limited basis for tasks that are not usually completed but which the client is unable to undertake. Occasional services include cleaning of ceiling fans, air conditioner units, ground level windows, single storey gutters, changing smoke alarm batteries, internal light bulbs and tap washers. Access to occasional services is subject to availability and generally limited to two hours each year. Materials/consumables such as light bulbs, tap fittings etc. are to be supplied by clients at their own cost.
