Description

Venue: Herb Greedy Hall, 79 Petersham Rd, Marrickville NSW 2204
9.00am - 2.00pm: 1st and last Mondays of the month -Group activities at the hall
8.30am - 3.30pm: 2nd & 3rd Mondays outdoor activities at outings.

Arabic & English-Speaking Group
Group Activities Include:
Multicultural cooking demonstrations on special occasions
Gentle exercises such as gentle excises, dance therapy, musical movements, Zumba for seniors
Fun games to stretch the brain – bingo, cards, dominoes, and more
Guest speakers based on clients’ interests and needs
Information, advocacy, and referrals to help clients live independently at home and in the community
Cultural celebrations and significant days events
Arts and crafts

Morning tea and a healthy lunch are provided with a client contribution of $10.00 per person per day.
Door-to-door transport is available upon request for clients living in the Inner West and Canterbury LGAs (subject to availability), with a small client contribution.
