Description
Mornington Peninsula Shire Outings and Excursions program (Social Support Group) provides a range of activities to various destinations to support social connectedness and independence. Available to clients assessed as Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) eligible.
These outings and excursions are supervised; however, clients must be able to embark and disembark the bus independently.
Outings and Excursion operate once a month on Fridays. Cost of travel on Outings and Excursions is $10.00 per bus trip. Additional costs for each outing are at the passenger's own expense, e.g. venue entry, lunch, etc. Bookings are essential and based on availability.
