Karabi Social Support provides a range of services which supports inclusion for the frail aged, people with a disability and their carers who are living in the local government areas of Blacktown, Cumberland and Parramatta. Our Social Support staff or trained Volunteers aim to sustain opportunities and services that allow our more mature community members, and their carers, to participant in the wider community and to have a better quality of life. We provide opportunities to connect with the community and allow individuals to live in their own homes independently for as long as possible. This includes, but not limited to: Monthly Lunch Club, Seniors English Conversation, one on one client shopping, Seniors Tai Chi, Seniors Digital Mentoring, Monthly Bus Trips, Assisting Clients to get to appointments, Seniors Week Activities and many more celebration events. Karabi has its own van which is used for outings such as lunch club and social outings.
