Description
Calvary Community Care provides a variety of services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) including Personal Care, Social Support, Domestic Assistance and Transport, all of which can be supplemented on a private basis. The CHSP program is available for older people (over 65 and over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who live at home. Calvary works in partnership with clients to identify the types of services that would support their independent lifestyle.
