PHYSIOTHERAPY - Target Group:
All ages
Outpatients – Commonwealth Health Care Card holders can only be directly referred by their GP/a Specialist for “hands on” treatment.
Referrals:
Referrals for Paediatrics and Dom Care only can be made by a GP, Specialist, family, self or any health or welfare agency.
DVA Gold Card Holders MUST access private physio except for inpatients and essential home based mobility safety Physio.

Tuesday & Thursday All mobility assessments
(Inpatients and outpatients only, home visits by Clare Dom Care Physios - Healthlink referral needed)

Services Provided:
Inpatients: To Healthlink if required after discharge from hospital
After surgery, rehabilitation, broken bones, muscle injury, chest infections, post-natal.
Outpatients: Not to Healthlink
To improve movement and decrease pain in joints/muscles and sporting injuries.
