Description

Cootamundra Meals on Wheels provides service to clients within the Cootamundra Shire.
We deliver services and support with a strong focus on Wellness and Reablement which promotes each persons opportunity to maximise their independence, autonomy , capacity and quality of life.
Our volunteers deliver nutritious meals Monday - Friday between 12 - 1pm.
A delivered meal provides a wellness check and a social connection to the community.
Our clients nutritional needs are met through menu options including portion sized or smaller meals, salads, sandwiches, soups and desserts.
Meal choices are available from hot & frozen meal menus. Special dietary requirements can be catered for eg. Diabetic, Gluten free, soft textured or puree meals.
Our prices range from $1.40 - $9.15.
