Description
Meals on Wheels Tweed does not just provide tasty meals we also take groups on Social outings so that our clients can maintain contact within their community with the many friends that they make on our outings. We offer Social Support outings to various locations in the Tweed Heads area to clients who are currently receiving assistance with meals through our Meals on Wheels program. Our philosophy is simple, we want to keep our clients in their own homes but not let them feel isolated. The outings include a meal and lots of laughs among friends.
