Our Dementia Support Specialists assist you to build support systems, in addition to your own formal and informal networks. Dementia Australia’s specialised support services include a mix of direct services, tailored support and expert advice. These services are for people living with dementia or individuals seeking a diagnosis (and their carers).
Our dementia advisory services work to link individuals to relevant services and supports, based on identified needs.
