Bishop Tyrrell Place is a residential aged care home providing accommodation for 75 residents of varying levels of care, including general, dementia specific and respite care.
Architecturally designed, the home offers the very best in modern features and conveniences. Based on an innovative design, the building takes advantage of the delightful rural and garden views available. Additionally, the home incorporates a "Care Farm". A first for the Manning area, the goal of the care farm is to improve residents' quality of life by providing an opportunity to engage with nature and animals in a safe and nurturing way. Co-located by the Manning Valley Anglican College, students of the school are regular visitors to Bishop Tyrrell Place enjoying the interactions with the residents and the care farm.
