Southern Cross does not charge any of the following general Industry charges:
- Basic Daily Fee
- Care Management Fee
- Package Management Fee
Our Regional Community Coordinators (Registered Nurses) and Support Workers live within the local communities where services are delivered. Regional Community Coordinators liaise with you and assess, support and regularly monitor your needs and satisfaction. A key feature of a Southern Cross Home Care Package is that it is delivered on a Consumer Directed Care basis with you taking ownership of the decision making regarding your level of involvement in coordinating services and planning.
