Description

The Carer Coordination Service aims to enable Carers by: finding services and support to meet carer goals and aspirations; advocating with carers to ensure they have access to services, community and networks of their choice; providing short term, informal, counselling; facilitating support groups, fun outings and events; and providing seminars and information days.

Support can be provided through one on one visits, over the phone, support groups or online.

An eligible carer may be a spouse, parent, child, other family member or friend who is providing care to a loved one who is aged or has a disability on an unpaid basis and living in the Macarthur or Wingecarribee areas.
