The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Home Modification and Maintenance Service provides assistance in maintaining the home to frail aged persons and their carers residing in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai local government areas. Home Maintenance services include: Repairs to doors, windows, minor repairs to steps and paths. Plumbing—toilets, tap washers, replace cisterns, minor blockage in drains, minor guttering replacement. Electrical work (change light globes, install sensor lights, replace/install light switches/power point) Gutter cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pressure cleaning of paths, Anti slip applications to paths, floors & tiles. Key Lock boxes Minor maintenance to decks Please note that the service is unable to do emergency work. Lawn Mowing services.
