Social support services can help you to maintain an active social life by having someone visit you in your home, or by arranging visits. Staff or volunteers can assist with transport, shopping or taking you to the bank. Better Connected Community Services has a range of bus outings on different days in the week travelling out for lunch, entertainment or a bbq. Staff can visit in a monitoring capacity to ensure safety and wellbeing of people during early stage dementia
