Prague House is a specialised aged care facility in Kew that supports people living with a mental health diagnosis or an acquired brain injury. Many of our residents may have a history of homelessness or have been at risk of becoming homeless. Prague House is a community where people belong - not just a place to live.
Our uniquely designed building is set across two levels with lift access. There are 45 single rooms and each opens onto a verandah or balcony.
You will have access to visiting GP's and other medical specialists, allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and podiatrists, and will be supported by the resources of St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is a registered NDIS service provider and works in partnership with NDIS participants, including people under 65, and their supporters to reach each individual's goals. This may include support to transition out of residential care into accommodation in the wider community.
