James Barker House, run by The Salvation Army Aged Care, provides care for older Australians including those who are marginalised or have complex needs. We tailor our programs in line with our residents’ needs and interests to maintain their wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. We offer 24-hour permanent care, respite care, palliative care, memory support and specialised mental & behavioural health support, and in-house NDIS services to eligible residents. Our Centre has beautiful gardens and outdoor courtyards and we also have our own pets at the Centre. Our fully qualified team are dedicated to providing the best care for our residents amongst a supportive, inclusive community. We are located near public transport and local services. Our other services include single rooms with private ensuites, freshly prepared meals cooked onsite, raised vegetable gardens, exercise & wellbeing programs, recreational facilities, visiting health specialists and pastoral & chaplaincy services.
