Activities may include
• Yard maintenance – pruning, yard clearance, chemical weeding or lawn mowing where there are issues for client safety and access (per your assessed need rather than beautification which is better provided by local commercial operators).
• Working at height related repairs or cleaning for client health and safety i.e. gutters, roofs, windows, ceilings and smoke alarms.
Clients must provide certain materials/consumables at their own cost including chemicals for weeding, batteries, light bulbs etc. All green waste material needs to be disposed in the clients own bins or a disposal cost will be charged to clients. City of Belmont residents are able to access up to four bulk garden waste bins for free each financial year by contacting Cleanaway Waste Management Customer Service Centre on 9449 3344. Once you have a bin ordered you can confirm the date with us to arrange a contractor to attend during the same period.
