Description

The Barwon Health Social Supports Program supports people to stay connected and active in their local community.

Barwon Best Care Award Winning Program (2024)

Programs are provided Monday to Friday. Program hours are 10am - 2:30pm.

Support with transport available.
Morning tea and a 3 course hot lunch provided.

The program is designed to engage people in meaningful social activities that draw on personal strengths, encourage independence and maintain connection with the local community.

We offer a warm environment, caring staff and an opportunity to make new friends.

Activities include: Community outings, Community projects, Guest speakers, Group discussions, Music and Dance, Creative activities.
