We start with an assessment to understand your needs and areas that you’d like to improve, and identify any risks at home to your safety and wellbeing. After an assessment we can provide you with advice, strategies, and support to improve your wellbeing.

Our occupational therapy services can help you live safely and independently at home. This can include home modifications, mobility equipment, and pressure management techniques and by reducing the risk of you falling at home.

Our physiotherapy services can help maximise your strength, balance, and mobility. We do this through targeted exercises, activities, movement techniques, and practical support.
