Description
At Footprints our aim is to support people, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviours to remain independent and living the lifestyle of their choice. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse undertake comprehensive health assessments, and develop healthcare and support plans including end of life planning in partnership with the client, their families/carers, their doctors, healthcare and support providers. Nursing services include nutrition, wound care, continence advice and care, medication administration, enteral feeding, pressure care, diabetes management and palliative care.
