Description
COTTAGE RESPITE
Cottage respite provides overnight community based respite for Care Recipients to allow short respite breaks for Carers (1-6 nights). Care Recipients participate in day to day living activities within the cottage home environment as well as facilitated social outings in the community. Cottage Respite is designed to support small groups of Care Recipients at each stay (3-5 people) staffed 24/7 with qualified Support Workers. Suncare will support Care Recipients and/or their Carers to create a tailored care plan to support a healthy ongoing relationship for the Carer and Care Recipient. Boronia Cottage is located on Bribie Island
