Now open: Improving Aged Care in Australia Survey

Facebook X (Twitter) Email Copy

Published date: 31 July 2025

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking feedback from older people, their families and carers about the changes being made to aged care.

You can take part in the Improving Aged Care in Australia Survey to provide anonymous feedback on:

  • the latest changes to aged care
  • where you get information about these changes
  • how the changes impact you.

Feedback collected from the survey helps us understand how we can best inform you about the changes to aged care.

The survey will run for 16 weeks from 4 August to 28 November 2025.

How to complete the survey

Complete the survey online or email the department to request a printed copy and reply-paid envelope.

The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Where will the results be published?

The survey results will be shared on the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing website.

To be notified when the results are published follow the department on:

  • Facebook
  • X (Twitter)
  • LinkedIn
  • Subscribe to EngAged – the department’s monthly online aged care newsletter for older people.
