Facebook X (Twitter) Email Copy

Published date: 26 May 2022

You can now contact My Aged Care through a free Auslan video interpreting service.

The three-way video chat is available if yourself or a loved one is Deaf, Deafblind or hard of hearing.

How does it work?

The service will connect you to an Auslan interpreter and a My Aged Care agent at the same time.

Tactile signing or hand over hand interpreting is also available.

How do I access the service?

To make a booking, call 1300 773 803 or email interpreting@deafconnect.org.au well in advance to ensure an interpreter is available.

You can also create an account and make a booking at the Deaf Connect website.
