May Noonan Centre, situated on the ridge of rolling hills overlooking the Terang and Community Park and Wetlands and the Terang golf course in south western Victoria offers accommodation for 40 residents with single rooms.
May Noonan Centre provides:

Tranquil views complement the home-style spacious accommodation and sizeable adjacent common areas. Premium Rooms are offered complete with all necessary items supplied, however we actively encourage you to personalise your room to make your new residence uniquely yours. This is not just limited to photographs and knick-knacks, but could include your favourite arm chair, reading lamp or other treasured pieces of furniture.

Premium Rooms are fitted with a built-in wardrobe and storage. The ensuite features a shower, toilet, hand basin and mirror, enhanced with all the supportive rails you may need for your safety.

May Noonan Centre offers an outdoor area with raised garden beds, outdoor furniture and shade which is perfect for family gatherings and functions. With a path leading around the home, residents and their families are able to view the Terang landscape during a leisurely walk. A mini bus with wheelchair access operates to provide residents with the opportunity for outings and shopping trips.

The centre also offers residents a diverse range of individual, group and community focused activities. Throughout the year regular volunteers, entertainers, community church groups and individuals offer their skills and time to the residents & staff of May Noonan Centre.

Explanation of payment options Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit called a RAD, a daily payment called a DAP, or a combination of both.
RAD - A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount; DAP - A periodical payment that accrues daily and is invoiced monthly.
Combination Option - Combining both payment methods by paying a partial RAD (lump sum payment) plus a DAP (daily accrued fee)
