Carinya House

Carinya House is a 60 bed facility able to take residents classified as high and low care, including those living with dementia. We provide for ageing in place which simply means that as care needs increase and residents become 'high care' they do not need to move to a different facility. We have the capacity to continue to care for them in the same location ' normally the same room. Situated in the grounds of Glenhaven Gardens Retirement Village, the facility is on 2 levels, with the lower level having 2 secure dementia units. With expansive views to the Blue Mountains, Carinya House presents a tranquil semi-rural setting. Each resident has their own private room with an ensuite bathroom. The Facility Manager of Carinya House is an experienced registered nurse and is supported by a team of registered nurses, care staff, therapists, maintenance and domestic staff, as well as a team of volunteers. Carinya House is also able to offer respite car
