The Hostel has 59 rooms with ensuites and residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own furnishings making the Hostel truly their home. Colours have been chosen to promote a calming relaxed environment and hallways are wide and spacious to allow residents to wander safely. Residents are monitored with the use of modern technology to maintain their safety without being intrusive. Shalem has a number of small intimate sitting areas where residents can sit with visitors and a beautiful outdoor courtyard, where residents can tend to the plants or just enjoy the sunshine.
