Altona Gardens Care Community is located on a quiet street in Altona North, 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD with easy access from the West Gate Freeway. We are known for our welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive environment, we have a diverse representation of cultural heritage. Residents of our Care Community enjoy our terrace and gardens which offer peaceful spaces to spend time with family and friends or have moments of quiet reflection. We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our residents enjoy all kinds of creative pursuits, be it singing, music, arts or crafts.
