Alstonville Adventist Aged Care Facility

At Alstonville Aged Care Facility our residents say they would not change anything about the quality of care they receive, the Christian compassion and integrity they witness, the friendliness of the village community they create and the tranquillity of the location they have chosen. From independent living units to low level and dementia care, we are an Ageing in Place retirement community that is well positioned to continue looking after you, or your loved ones, when your care needs increase. All residents living in our aged-care facility, The Hostel, enjoy beautifully appointed rooms and assistance with cleaning, laundry, personal care and day-to-day needs. The 51-bed facility provides Ageing in Place by accommodating the needs of residents from low and high level care to secure dementia care in a home like environment for both residents and their families.

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing assess the quality of care at all government-funded aged care homes. Based on these assessments, each home receives a Star Rating as a simple way of showing information about the quality of care they provide and how they compare to others. If you pay a refundable accommodation deposit or a refundable accommodation contribution, they may be subject to retention. Any daily accommodation payment you make may also be subject to indexation. Learn more about aged care home costs and fees.

Specialisations with a check mark symbol are verified by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing under the 1997 Aged Care Act. After the initial verification, these specialisations are reviewed every 3 years. Read more about how the specialisation verification process works.
